WELCOME TO RAWLOGS

Rawlogs is a family business set up in response to the growing demand for a good quality product with a simple desire to offer good service at a fair price. Sustainability is the keyword to describe what we do. All timber felled is either grown for that purpose and subsequently re-planted, has reached the end of it's life through storm or weather damage or simply outgrown it's surroundings and needs to be felled for reasons of safety. The simple ethic we have is to not overcomplicate what we do or what we offer.

 

Do not be surprised to see the whole family get involved in your delivery as members of the Rawlogs crew. We have lived in the area for over twenty years. Our log business allows us a way of earning a living and getting involved with the local community whilst being in the beautiful Northumbrian outdoors. We look forward to meeting you in the course of our business. We run the business from our old sawmill, once used for processing timber for fenceposts and the production of creosote. Now solely used for splitting our logs and dry storage. Our new buildings now surround the old sawmill however the place retains its character and now has a new lease of life as the Rawlogs base.

Based in the North Tyne Valley. Our mission is simply to provide good quality seasoned firewood for burning in your fires and stove. With 250 acres of mixed woodland we are able to provide both hard and softwood to meet your requirements. Delivered to your door in the Tynedale area.
